I found this restaurant 2 weeks ago, love the all you can eat formula. I like the place because they do not use the Kikoman soy sauce (!) and they make california handroll well. However, I wish they would include sashimi in the all you can eat formula even if it means increasing the price, the rice with the nigiri is filling me up too quickly.

Also tried a couple of the cooked food, it's a pity that they use the same oil for frying several different dishes and also they were served with same sauce.

Maastricht is a surprisingly great place for sushi. Thai too actually if you're into that. And the more blogs the merrier. One of the great things about expats is that we all have such different experiences. Cheers!

So glad to know there is great sushi in Maastricht..my husband has been away for 12 years so when we finally get there we'll have many explorations in store. I've gained so much info from your blog and can't wait to start a new blog as an expat in the Netherlands!
